You will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for the performance, and the profitability of the B2B segments.
• Continuously observing and analysing the B2B Telecommunication market, the competitors activities, gathering customer insights, and incorporating them into marketing planning and execution processes.
• Determine, plan, and execute all the B2B CVM activities necessary for implementing the marketing strategy for B2B customer base.
• Designe quarterly and yearly the CVM campaigns and set up propositions aimed at increasing customer value, retention, and improving customer experience.
• Independently leading business segment-related projects, topics, overseeing associated tasks, coordinating efforts as needed, and preparing briefings and summaries for senior management.
• Maintaining regular contact and aligning with other departments on tasks related to the B2B segment.
• Tracking and supporting all the sales and customer care activities that affect the B2B base.
• Providing regular updates to supervisor on ongoing tasks.
• Proactive Management of B2B Segments:
  • Aligning and improving internal B2B and company-level (Yettel) processes.
  • Supporting system operations and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Defining, preparing, and maintaining reports.
• Carrying out other B2B-related tasks independently, as requested by the manager.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and performing administrative duties related to assigned tasks

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• University degree (economics, business administration, commerce, marketing, technical)
• Experience in working with cross functional teams

• 3+ years of relevant marketing segment management experience

• Excellent English and Hungarian language skill both spoken and written

• Strong experience in working with MS Office particularly Powerpoint an Excel

• Analytical and strategic mindset combined with deep passion for customer experience
• Commercial and business acumen translated into business success
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
