These are the tasks we count on you for:

• Lead integrated ATL campaigns end-to-end, from strategic briefing and concept development through execution and post-campaign evaluation, so our brand messages reach customers effectively. 
• Act as the single point of accountability for campaign delivery, balancing business objectives, customer needs, budgets, timelines and brand requirements, ensuring smooth collaboration and impactful results. 
• Bring brand values to life through campaigns that strengthen Yettel's reputation, visibility and long-term brand equity, helping the team and company grow. 
• Translate business priorities and customer insights into compelling communication strategies and campaign concepts. 
• Lead and direct creative, media, production and other agency partners to deliver best-in-class communication solutions. 
• Drive stakeholder alignment across marketing, commercial, product, digital, retail, PR and other business functions. 
• Identify new ideas and opportunities to strengthen campaign effectiveness and expand the team's creative capabilities. 
• Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness, identify learnings and recommend improvements. 
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies while maintaining high quality standards. 
• Contribute senior-level expertise to communication planning and strategic marketing initiatives. 

We welcome you to our team if you have:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, campaign management, or within a creative/media agency environment. We welcome candidates from both brand-side and agency backgrounds who bring strong campaign ownership, stakeholder management and strategic communication experience. 
• Proven experience leading ATL campaigns from briefing to execution. 
• Strong understanding of brand building, communication strategy and integrated marketing. 
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decisions across functions. 
• Strong project and budget management skills. 
• Capability to think critically, analyse data, make difficult decisions and solve complex problems. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Hungarian and English. 
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguity and change. 
• Positive, proactive and creative mindset. 
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines.

These buses leave from several stations in the city: Népliget, Kelenföld, as well as Déli pályaudvar stations, and you can recognize them by the "Yettel bus - Yettel" sign on the front of the vehicles.
