Are you ready to shape the future of financial intelligence in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy and playing a crucial role in Balance Sheet planning and Cash-Flow analysis. Join us to become a key player in our finance team, where your expertise will directly impact high-stakes decisions and enable our organization to thrive.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Cash-flow variance analysis and insightful explanation
• P&L variance analysis after EBITDA, alignment with relevant stakeholders
• Regular planning for given Profit and Loss Statement items and Balance Sheet items
• Continuous improvement of Balance Sheet planning model, automatization, high quality planning
• Development of direct Cash-Flow rolling forecast excel model
• Preparation of monthly reporting and regular planning packages (including P&L, BS, CF, CAPEX, KPIs)
• Preparation of files for Management and other ad-hoc reporting
• Development of self-service Management Dashboard, preparation of new reports based on request
• Participation in monthly closing and supporting it from BI system perspective
• Participation in operation, maintenance and development of BI system, supporting BI expert

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in similar positions
• Balance Sheet planning and Cash-Flow analysis experience
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and procedures, IFRS knowledge
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP (FI /CO) knowledge
• Hyperion and IBM Planning Analytics knowledge are advantage
• Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex processes
• Precise, detail oriented, highly organized, structured
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively
• Has a winning mindset and improvement orientation
