Senior ICT and B2B Project Manager,

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate complex ICT and B2B telecommunication projects across different delivery environments, combining traditional and modern approaches to select the most effective model for each initiative. This ensures projects are delivered efficiently and tailored to business needs.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing structured, transparent, and predictable delivery that supports the company’s reliability and reputation.
• Coordinate the work of 5 or more cross-functional teams, including internal IT teams, to support alignment, capacity planning, and manage dependencies, which is essential for smooth project execution.
• Identify delivery risks, workflow obstacles, and resource constraints early, and proactively resolve them in close collaboration with technical, business, and vendor stakeholders.
• Ensure effective synchronization between teams, suppliers, and internal units within a large, multinational organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear, confident, and proactive communication about progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Prepare and deliver structured status reports and presentations in English, tailored to both operational and management audiences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and delivery practices at both team and organizational levels, including knowledge sharing, workshops, and lessons learned.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

•  Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager in ICT or B2B areas.
• Solid understanding of B2B telecommunications solutions, platforms, or system integration heavy deliveries (strong advantage).
• Experience working in hybrid delivery models (traditional and iterative approaches), with the ability to apply structure and flexibility based on project needs.
• Experience working in telecommunications and/or multinational companies is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate 5 or more teams in parallel, managing dependencies, risks, and cross team alignment.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, development lifecycles, and system integrations, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and vendors.
• A strong ownership mentality, taking responsibility for delivery outcomes rather than just activities.
• Highly proactive, structured, and solution oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English, with confidence in stakeholder facing and management level situations.
