In this role, you will support how we plan, prioritize and manage our company-wide project portfolio.

This role is about bringing clarity to what we do, why we do it, and how we allocate our resources. You will help ensure that our initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and that we focus on what delivers the most value.

You will work across commercial, technology, IT and support areas, contributing to a more structured, transparent and data-driven portfolio management approach.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Get clarity on the portfolio and priorities

By getting hands‑on with portfolio planning and governance, start linking strategic priorities, running initiatives, and available capacity, sharpening organizational focus and reducing dilution of effort.
Build an initial end‑to‑end view of the portfolio to quickly see what is in flight, where value is created, and where risks or overload threaten delivery.

Build a solid understanding through analysis

Analyze incoming demand across business and technology, ask critical questions, and challenge assumptions, improving the quality of prioritization and lowering the risk of misaligned investments.
Shape simple scenarios that help leaders understand options, trade‑offs, and consequences before committing resources.

Enable better decisions early on

Prepare clear, structured materials for portfolio forums and turn data into insights, enabling faster, fact‑based decisions and stronger leadership alignment from the start.
Help shift conversations from intuition‑driven debates to shared, transparent understanding.

Take ownership of resource visibility

Build the first portfolio‑level resource view and support quarterly planning cycles.
Make capacity gaps, constraints, and conflicts visible early, and bring the right topics to the table before they turn into delivery issues.

Learn and improve ways of working

Get familiar with existing portfolio governance practices and identify improvement opportunities.
Start applying Lean Portfolio Management principles pragmatically, focusing on better flow, clearer priorities, and less overhead.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

5+ years of experience in project / portfolio management or PMO-related roles
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure complex topics and translate them into clear insights
Experience with portfolio planning, prioritization and reporting
Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management / Scaled Agile is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or similar field
Fluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
