You will have the following responsibilities:

  • By owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Product Order Management and Shopping Cart, you ensure initiatives move smoothly from planning through release and stabilization—delivering real, measurable business value.
  • You act as the go-to technical delivery partner, keeping business, IT, architecture, and leadership aligned by clearly communicating priorities, risks, dependencies, and overall readiness.
  • Shaping and prioritizing the backlog together with stakeholders, you balance business impact, order fulfilment needs, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity to drive the best possible outcomes.
  • Your role will also be to translate business needs into clear delivery scope, defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release plans that teams can confidently execute.
  • Working closely with architects and engineers, you ensure architectural and integration alignment, making sound design decisions that support both scalability and delivery feasibility.
  • By coordinating the design and delivery of APIs, data flows, events, and managing cross-system dependencies, you orchestrate seamless end-to-end integration across fulfilment systems and frontend consumers.
  • Leading release planning and vendor delivery governance, you validate solutions, manage scope changes, support testing, and ensure high-quality outcomes from external partners.
  • Through building internal knowledge and challenging vendor proposals, you reduce dependency while keeping delivery transparent, controlled, and financially on track.

 

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Solution Owner, or in a similar role delivering complex IT solutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Agile delivery, backlog management, release planning, acceptance criteria definition, and delivery governance.
  • Excellent analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex processes, integrations, APIs, and dependencies.
  • Solid knowledge of APIs and system integrations, including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, asynchronous communication, and integration testing.
  • Proven ability to align business, IT, architecture, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and constraints.
  • Hands-on experience in multi-vendor delivery environments, including delivery acceptance, change management, financial tracking, and vendor governance.
  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken, with the confidence to use it in management presentations and meetings with external consultants.

 

It is an advantage if you have/are:

  • Experience in telecommunications, digital channels, or integration-heavy enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with order management, fulfilment processes, BPMN/workflow solutions, TMF API standard based microservices, Kafka messaging, or similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or other delivery management tools.
