Service Delivery Manager – Cloud FinOps,
be yourself and make a difference in the world.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Cost Visibility & Transparency: Enhance cost visibility and transparency by tracking cloud spending with accuracy and granularity, empowering informed decision-making and fostering a culture of financial responsibility.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to navigate cloud expenditure with precision and foresight, aligning technological aspirations with fiscal realities.
• Cloud Governance: Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, including resource provisioning guidelines, security protocols, and cost management practices, to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Regular Review: Conduct regular reviews of cloud expenditures, resource utilization, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and make strategic adjustments.
• Optimazing cloud plans by: Reserved Instances & savings plans, auto-scaling & automation
• Use of Well-Architected Frameworks: Force adoption well-architected cloud operation frameworks to ensure optimal provisioning of cloud resources, safeguarding against unnecessary expenses and enhancing operational excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Commit to continuous improvement by regularly assessing cloud environment, cost patterns, and optimization strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance cloud operations.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in cloud financial management and FinOps practices
• Experience managing external service providers in a complex multinational company group environment.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies and tools.
• Working ITIL knowledge and practice.
• Highly analytical and structured thinker with the ability to transform it into service-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Strong service delivery skills and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, gain their confidence and persuade them to cooperate with initiatives where it is required. Has a “consultant” mindset with the ability to drive the execution of strategies and influencing realization Motivated by influencing high level decisions.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Hungarian both in oral and written.
