You will have the following responsibilities:
Customer Experience Management (CeX):
- Make customers’ experience at Yettel a differentiating competitive advantage
- Understand and improve Yettel’s operation to create positive, memorable, and satisfying experiences for our customers
- Conduct research, data analysis and rapid customer prototyping to gain a deep understanding of customers' preferences.
- Monitoring customer feedbacks, identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to address them
- Challenge the organization on its customer experience gaps
- Actively drive CeX projects, even across multiple org units
- Promote Human Centric Design / Service Design throughout the organization
Strategy Execution Management:
- From the strategy / vision, develop OKRs and manage the strategy execution via quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Manage companywide projects and portfolio to prioritize high impact initiatives (in line with the company’s quarterly QBRs)
- Work with commercial, technical, and support functions to deliver the most customer impact in the shortest amount of time
- Ability to work in waterfall and agile delivery environments
Agile Transformation:
- Develop the company’s agile transformation vision / roadmap
- Support agile delivery (tribes/squads) via agile coaches, scrum masters and project management
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

University degree (business, economics and/or technical), MBA or advanced degree an asset

10+ years of relevant experience in commercial planning, customer experience, customer insights, agile transformation or related roles (Telco and/or Digital business)

Customer orientation and service design / human centric design a key asset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects

Strong team leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Advanced English both in written and verbal and Hungarian is a must
