IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

• Registration and updating of payment cards base,
• Monitoring of transactions from acquiring network,
• Monitoring of issuing transactions,
• Monitoring of all additional payment card services,
• Monitoring the functioning of CMS applications in the payment cards segment,
• Monitoring of mCash reservations and processing and booking of mCash transactions
• Resolving complaints,
• Communications with the processor regarding the resolution of complaints,
• Exchange of files with the processor and NBS,
• Organisation and management of ATM activation and deactivation process,
• Communication with external companies which maintain POS terminals and ATMs,
• Internal and external reporting – NBS; NCPK, VISA, MasterCard
• Control of card transactions and bookings
• Resolving shortages and surpluses on the ATMs
• 3rd level support for payment transaction issues. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Minimum IV level of education
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar jobs
• English language knowledge
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
