IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

  • Planning, setting up and optimizing performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms).
  • Analysis and monitoring of KPIs to improve campaign performance.
  • Cooperation with external agencies on the creation and implementation of campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing digital advertising strategies in line with business goals.
  • Creating and managing budgets for digital campaigns.
  • Reporting on campaign results and suggesting optimizations.
  • Monitoring the latest trends in the field of digital marketing and their application in work.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions in the field of digital marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Experience in analytics and using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and basic principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for working with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of the campaign management process from planning to implementation and evaluation of results.
  • Proactivity, analytical thinking and results orientation.
