Yettel Bank is looking for IT Support Specialist. If you have analytical mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, you might be right person for us.

IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Troubleshooting user issues related to hardware, software, network, VPN, and system access.
  • Participation in the incident management process: diagnostics, analysis, escalation, and follow-up until resolution.
  • Administration of user accounts and access rights (Active Directory DS).
  • Asset tracking and inventory management of IT equipment, including warehouse and lifecycle records.
  • Updating technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
  • Supporting the IT equipment procurement process and coordinating equipment recycling.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external partners on incident resolution and implementation of new solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or similar IT roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop environments.
  • Understanding of basic computer networking, PKI, and VPN technologies.
  • Strong familiarity with standard business applications.
  • Understanding of IT security principles, user account management, local security policies, and Group Policy within Active Directory DS.
  • Basic English skills (written and verbal).
  • Valid Category B driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in banking environments or with other mission-critical business systems.
  • Familiarity with macOS environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager, including PXE for OSD and Windows OS update/upgrade processes.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell and/or batch scripting.
  • Experience using Jira ticketing systems.
  • Experience administering and working with AV/EDR platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Kaspersky Security Center / Kaspersky Endpoint Security).
