As our Lead research and insight strategist, you’ll be the heartbeat of customer insights and strategic thinking. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Put customers first: conduct deep dives into customer behaviors, preferences, and experiences to uncover game-changing insights.
- Shape experiences: collaborate with teams to reimagine touchpoints across the customer journey, creating banking experiences people rave about.
- Enhance brand positioning: lead targeted research to keep our brand relevant, resonant, and a symbol of trust in the financial world.
- Turn data into action: Analyze research findings to provide clear, impactful recommendations that drive decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, brand research, or a related role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- A passion for understanding people and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
- Expertise in customer experience research and ability for turning feedback into innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with research tools and methods.
- A creative mindset with the ability to connect data to strategy and storytelling.
- Familiarity with brand research and its role in shaping perception.
