IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

• Recommends, develops and supports the implementation of the framework (policies, procedures, methodologies and instructions) for liquidity risk, interest rate and foreign exchange risk, ensuring compliance with laws, NBS regulations, Basel standards and best practices.
• Implementation of internal controls and limits within the process of liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange risk management.
• Develops, implements and continuously monitors results of market and liquidity stress tests and scenario analyses.
• Implementation and improvement of ALM risk reporting tools and processes.
• Organizes, maintains and prepares data for reporting to the members of the Asset and Liability Management Committee.
• Regular reporting to the management of the Group, as well as to the National Bank of Serbia, when needed.
• Implementation of the ICAAP framework and the Bank's Recovery Plan.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• University degree.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
