We are looking for a smart Market and Operational Risk Expert to be a part of our Risk control department. As a Market and Operational Risk Expert you will play an important role in carring out activities in the process of liquidity risk, interest rate, foreign exchange and operational risk management and works on their improvement.

IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

• Recommending developing and supporting the implementation of frameworks (policies, procedures, methodologies and guidelines) for liquidity risk, interest rate, foreign exchange and operational risk management, ensuring compliance with laws, NBS regulations, Basel standards and best practices,
• Implementation of internal controls and limits within the process of liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange and operational risk management;
• Developing, implementing and continuously monitoring the results of market and liquidity stress tests and scenario analyses;
• Conducting quantitative analyses in order to review the impact of business proposals on liquidity risk, interest rate and foreign exchange risk, when introducing and / or modifying new products and services and entrusting activities to third parties;
• Preparing data for reporting to members of the Assets and Liabilities Management Committee, as well as the Risk Management Forum
• Regular reporting to the management and the Group, as well as the National Bank of Serbia when necessary;
• Implementing the ICAAP framework and the Bank's Recovery Plan;
• Regularly monitoring the legislation and regulations of the NBS and, if necessary, initiating amendments to internal acts to ensure compliance with the same

 FOR THE GOOD START YOU WILL NEED:

• University degree in economics,  finance / banking,
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in the same or similar jobs,
• Excellent knowledge of MS office,
• Fluent knowledge of English language.
