KICKSTART - B2B ICT Services Specialist - Intern

Yettel is looking for a B2B ICT Services Intern!

As our B2B ICT Services Intern, you will support product managers in their daily activities, administration, and various product and project management initiatives across Yettel’s B2B ICT portfolio – including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Business Applications, and IoT. You will be actively involved in market research, preparation of materials, and coordination with different teams, while also taking ownership of smaller initiatives. Throughout the internship, you will develop a strong understanding of B2B ICT services and gain hands-on experience in how digital solutions are designed, positioned, and delivered to business customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Support product managers across ICT domains (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Business Applications, IoT)
• Assist in day-to-day product and project management activities
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare insights and reports
• Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, and documentation
• Handle requests from internal teams related to customer needs and product information
• Perform basic testing of new solutions, applications, and services
• Contribute to development of training materials and internal documentation
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams
• Take ownership of smaller initiatives and support ongoing projects

For a good start, you will need:

• Last year of studies, recent graduate or master in: marketing, management, telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, business administration, organizational sciences or similar
• No work experience required – only love for technology and interest in technology, ICT services, and digital trends
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of Cloud, Cybersecurity, or IoT
• Project management knowledge
