KICKSTART - Operations Support Systems Engineer- Intern

What we will expect from you:

• Assisting in connecting OSS (Operations Support Systems) with BSS (Business Support Systems)  applications, to ensure automatic data exchange and synchronization between business and operational functions
• Assisting in the installation, configuration and maintenance of tools that enable automated management of end devices and network elements
• Assisting in the installation, configuration and maintenance of network monitoring tools, which enable visualization of network performance, real-time data analysis and identification of potential problems
• Preparation and updating of technical documentation for systems
• Working with senior engineers to identify and solve complex problems
• Application testing
• Participation in the analysis of new requirements for the development of OSS tools
• Help team with their documentation needs
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments

For a good start you will need:

• University degree (or in your final year of studies) from Telecommunication field
• Familiarity with SNMP, Python and API  will be considered as plus
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time-management skills
