Project Manager

You will play a key role in driving strategic and transformation initiatives across the Company.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-level projects, ensuring the delivery of flexible, simplified, and scalable solutions that enable the Company’s strategic ambitions in a fast-changing business environment.

What we will expect from you:

• Lead cross-functional Commercial, Technology, AI, Finance and Organizational transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality.

• Facilitate strategic topics and proposals related to project execution, structuring relevant initiatives and actionable plans within your project domain.

• Report progress, risks, and key decisions to the Executive Team, Steering Committee, PMO, and senior stakeholders.

• Engage and coordinate stakeholders at all levels, supporting teams in applying appropriate PM methodologies.

• Monitor project performance, drive corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.

• Handle project tracking, reporting (including KPIs), post-project evaluations, and other PMO-related duties as assigned. 

• Lead and motivate cross-functional internal teams toward successful project goals fulfillment, while effectively managing vendors and external stakeholders.

• Drive project governance, decision-making processes, and risk mitigation strategies across workstreams and stakeholders.

For a good start, you will need:

• College/University degree
• Minimum Three (3) year of experience in the Project Management area
• Track record of managing diverse projects
• Familiarity with project risk management processes and methodologies, as well as understanding of dependency management within large-scale organizations.
• Experienced in vendors’ systems implementation
• Good understanding of Telco/Fiber business and interrelated business processes
• Highly skilled in the tools and techniques of project management (PMI or other certification is an advantage)
• General understanding of Project Portfolio management concept
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Project or similar, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Copilot.
