Service Integration Engineer

We are looking for a Service Integration Engineer to join our OSS team and support end-to-end service activation across multiple platforms. The role involves understanding the full provisioning lifecycle, including how services are triggered, processed, and delivered through systems such as Service order management, Auto Configuration server, Network management system and related OSS components.

What we will expect from you:

  • Manage end-to-end provisioning processes across OSS platforms.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding platform issues, improvements, and feature requests
  • Work with internal teams to design and maintain system integrations
  • Translate service requirements into technical workflows and provisioning rules
  • Ensure proper mapping of service parameters and commands between systems (e.g., Service Order Management → Auto Configuration server → device)
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to new service launches or platform upgrades

 

For a good start, you will need:

  • University degree in IT, Technology or Telecommunication field
  • Understanding of end-to-end service provisioning flows in telecom or similar environments
  • Experience with vendor management and cross-team collaboration
  • Ability to define and analyze system integrations, APIs, workflows, and data flows
  • Understanding of device/service activation logic and configuration parameter propagation
  • Knowledge of telecom technologies
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the telecom domain
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
