Role Overview:
The Business Controlling team is a key partner to all business units, driving innovation, efficiency and value creation. If you love digging into data, uncovering insights, and translating numbers into actions, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities would be:
•    Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights on trends, contracts, and new opportunities
•    Partner with business units, acting as the go-to person for finance-related matters
•    Support financial control practices, ensuring efficiency and profitability
•    Contribute to business planning and forecasting, refining key business assumptions
•    Track performance against forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

What We Expect From You:
•    Analytical Mindset & Curiosity – Ability to solve problems, connect the dots, and make data-driven decisions
•    Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work closely with teams and explain insights clearly
•    Resilience & Adaptability – Comfortable with deadlines and fast-paced environments.
•    Tech-Savviness – Strong skills in Excel and MS Office
•    Fluency in English – Confident in working with various stakeholders.
•    Experience in Finance or a related field is a plus but not a must—we value skills and potential!
