The impact you’ll make:

As a Business Reporting & Market Analyst, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making, delivering data-driven insights, forecasts, reports, and business cases. Your work will help balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer value — driving strong market performance and shaping the future of our B2C and B2B Fixed Services (Internet & TV) portfolio.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop and implement business models for Fixed (B2C and B2B Internet & TV) services, aligned with overall company strategy.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing and commercial strategies.
• Use advanced analytics to identify optimal pricing strategies for products and services.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to support strategic initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Fixed services propositions and their key value drivers.
• Contribute to the development and execution of product strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Support Fixed service marketing campaigns with analysis, execution support, and performance tracking.
• Present insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 

• Analytical Skills: Proven experience with large datasets, Excel, and pricing tools; strong quantitative mindset.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify business opportunities and shape product offerings to maximize value
• Insight-Driven Thinking: Skilled in drawing actionable insights from complex data and trends.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong team player with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and in different projects.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, in both Bulgarian and English.
