Role Overview
As our Change Management Lead, you’ll develop and implement strategies that ensure employees embrace and adopt new digital tools and ways of working. You’ll work closely with transformation leaders, project managers, HR, and business teams to create a smooth, people-focused change journey across Yettel.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Develop comprehensive change management and communication strategies for digital initiatives
- Assess change readiness and identify potential resistance points within the organization
- Create and deliver targeted training programs to build digital competencies
- Partner with project managers to integrate change management into project plans
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities to build buy-in and maintain momentum
- Measure adoption metrics and adjust approaches to ensure successful implementation
- Coach leaders on effectively championing change within their teams
We expect from you:
- Change Management Expertise: You bring hands-on experience in leading change, ideally in digital transformation or large-scale business change
- Methodology Knowledge: You are skilled in structured change approaches like ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter, and know how to adapt them to the context
- Strong Collaboration Skills: You work confidently across teams and levels, building alignment and trust with both senior leaders and project teams
- Outcome-Driven Thinking: You focus on adoption, engagement, and behavior change — not just communications — and you measure what matters
- Clear Communication: You can translate complexity into simple, actionable messaging that resonates across diverse audiences
- Analytical Mindset: You use feedback, data, and metrics to guide decisions and improve impact
- Digital Fluency: You understand how people adopt digital tools and can identify common challenges in tech-driven change
