Role Overview:

As a Consumer Marketing Specialist, you will play an active role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance business performance across Consumer Post-paid, Prepaid, and Large Screen segments, focusing on the Prepaid segment. Your role combines market analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects.


Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support and drive key marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in managing consumer segment products and services, including postpaid, prepaid, and roaming offerings.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end campaigns and projects from conception through market launch and transition into meaningful processes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable recommendations for strategic improvements.
  • Optimize customer journeys and internal business processes to improve user experience and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate on generating innovative ideas that help strengthen products and services propositions in line with commercial strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for top management on proposed changes for the respective consumer segments.
  • Prepare and manage campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with internal teams (MarComm, Legal, Product, and Sales).

 

We expect from you:

  • Industry Insight: Proven expertise in Marketing, Sales, or analysis, showcasing a deep understanding of industry trends and practices.
  • Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making.
  • Project Coordination Skills – Experience in managing multiple marketing projects and ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work effectively with cross-functional
  • Content Creation Capability: Strong ability to craft compelling marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Digital Platform Expertise: Proficient in leveraging digital channels and tools to amplify consumer engagement.
  • Results-Oriented Approach: Self-driven, proactive mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech SavvyAdvanced proficiency in MS Office package, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality work.
  • Experience: 2 years in a similar marketing role.
