Role Overview:
The Consumer Marketing Expert will actively lead and manage strategic marketing initiatives to enhance performance across Consumer Post-paid, Prepaid, and Large Screen segments. The role bridges expert-level knowledge with coordination responsibilities, ensuring optimal execution of marketing projects and initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end customer lifecycle activities, foster team collaboration, and act as a central point of contact for cross-functional efforts.


Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives for consumer segments to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop innovative propositions based on customer insights and market analysis, creating detailed business cases and P&L statements.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Team to define tariff and handset propositions tailored to consumer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Support the development and execution of digital services and campaigns, enhancing adoption and customer experience.
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of customer journeys and business processes, ensuring seamless end-to-end experiences.
  • Serve as a key liaison for long-term programs requiring leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee competitive analysis and prepare actionable recommendations for strategic improvements.
  • Organize and lead training for internal teams on new product offerings and services.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign briefs and ensure alignment with MarComm, Legal, and other relevant divisions.
  • Act as the primary representative for roaming business activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering effective partner communication.

  • Bilingual Communication: Excellent command of English and Bulgarian, both written and verbal, to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Integrity and Resilience: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Adaptability Champion: Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Collaborative Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and align with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous Experience: 3 years plus of experience in a similar position
