What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Customer Experience Trainee, you'll be like a secret agent on a mission to make every customer interaction awesome! You'll dive into the world of service design, exploring every nook and cranny of the customer journey. It's like being a detective, but instead of solving crimes, you're solving customer problems!

 

Your Daily Customer Happiness Adventures:

  • Join our Customer Centricity squad to design mind-blowing customer journeys
  • Play detective to solve customer issues and turn frowns upside down
  • Use Figma to whip up cool UX/UI designs and prototypes that bring ideas to life
  • Create surveys that actually make sense
  • Crunch numbers to measure just how happy we're making our customers

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who gets excited about making customers smile
  • A wizard at turning wild ideas into real-world awesomeness
  • A curious mind always looking for ways to make things better
  • Good English skills, both in writing and chatting
  • PowerPoint skills that'll make your presentations pop
  • Basic UX/UI design skills in Figma
