Role overview:

We are looking for a DevOps Senior Engineer to help shape the future of cloud-native platforms at Yettel. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll be at the core of building resilient Kubernetes environments, modern CI/CD pipelines, and scalable internal developer platforms. You will lead by example — starting from proof-of-concepts and maturing them into production-grade services.

Your responsibilities will be:

-Architect, design, and deploy secure and scalable Kubernetes clusters
-Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices (ArgoCD, FluxCD)
-Improve existing workloads and lead new platform engineering initiatives
-Collaborate with security teams to ensure “secure by design” principles
-Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows
-Create automation and self-service tooling for developers
-Ensure all deployments are supported with well-structured documentation
-Continuously seek optimization and strive for a NoOps future
-Define and evolve DevOps practices, architecture, and workflows
-Stay up to date with cloud-native trends and integrate modern technologies into our stack

We expect from you:

-Proven experience in DevOps transformations within enterprise environments
-Strong knowledge of AWS (preferred) or GCP
-Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Istio or other service mesh technologies
-Experience with Terraform, Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD), and infrastructure automation
-Autonomous and proactive work style, with strong communication skills
-Commitment to documentation and structured system design
-Fluent English and ability to thrive in a documentation-driven setting

Preferred Skills:

-Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or Terraform
-Experience building internal developer platforms with observability and automation tools
