Role Overview:
Supports the development of innovative digital capabilities for mobile and web platforms. This position bridges the gap between business objectives, user experience, and digital product development, playing a crucial role in enhancing the company's e-commerce and self-care solutions.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and business teams) to optimize end-to-end digital user journeys, identifying pain points, opportunities, and touchpoints to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Gather and define business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis, translating them into specifications, use cases, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and UX design, supporting the design process by creating user journey maps, wireframes, and storyboards with UX teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business teams, UX/UI designers, developers, and quality assurance for seamless implementation.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting plans as needed.
- Ensure analytics capabilities in requirements for user behavior tracking and data-driven decisions.
- Support solution validation during usability testing, ensuring business and user needs are met while incorporating feedback for improvements.
- Analyze and document existing e-commerce and self-care processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Business Requirements and Documentation Expertise: Skilled in creating and documenting clear, actionable business requirements and user stories.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven track record in working effectively within cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Solid understanding of user experience principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability testing practices.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- E-commerce and Self-Care Application Experience: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and self-service applications, enhancing business processes and customer experience.
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, ensuring smooth communication in international environments.
