Digital Business Analyst
Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, at Yettel we believe the right role isn’t just about responsibilities — it’s about growth, impact, and being part of something meaningful.
Take a look — this might be the opportunity you've been waiting for!
The impact you’ll make:
Supports the development of innovative digital capabilities for mobile and web platforms. This position bridges the gap between business objectives, user experience, and digital product development, playing a crucial role in enhancing the company's e-commerce and self-care solutions.
As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology. You won’t be “just” writing requirements — you’ll collaborate with product, UX, and dev teams to shape digital journeys that make a real impact.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail — with a keen interest in how users behave, how designs perform, and how business goals translate into effective product improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Map and optimize key digital journeys (e.g. mobile checkout or profile management), turning user pain points into actionable product improvements.
- Gather, define, and document clear business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Establish and maintain a structured, repeatable process for requirements gathering and validation with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and business teams to ensure user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility are aligned.
- Support UX and development teams in implementing improvements based on real user insights and data analytics.
- Incorporate analytics requirements for user behavior tracking to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate usability testing and validate solutions, incorporating feedback to ensure business and user needs are met.
- Analyze and document existing e-commerce and self-care processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively to stakeholders, adapting plans as needed to ensure smooth implementation.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to break down complex business processes and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that drive measurable impact based on prior hands-on experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to confidently interact with diverse teams and levels, and present complex concepts clearly and persuasively, demonstrated through past collaborative projects.
- Business Requirements and Documentation Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in gathering, writing, and managing clear, actionable business requirements and user stories that effectively guide product development in a dynamic environment.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven experience collaborating successfully across cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and projects, supported by a track record of delivering results.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking, with practical experience supporting usability testing and continuous improvement of user journeys.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with essential tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms, enabling smooth project workflows and data-driven decision-making.
- E-commerce and Self-Care Application Experience: Experience with e-commerce platforms and self-care (self-service) applications, understanding their business impact and customer experience challenges.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English, both verbal and written, ensuring effective communication in an international work environment.
