Role Overview:

The Digital Project Management Expert is responsible for advising on strategic projects for the development of digital channels to support the company's ambitions for digitalization. The expert is also responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new digital capabilities that enhance overall business efficiency, profitability, and processes within the company.

 

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Lead E2E key projects – from business opportunity identification, through analyses to G2M – within and outside the digital area
  • Participate in development of Digital channels roadmap and lead its execution
  • Proactively research, propose & plan for implementation new cross-channels digital capabilities, i.e. platforms, solutions and tools
  • Create and manage new digital capabilities & best practices backlog and drive their prioritization for implementation
  • Lead/collaborate with cross-functional teams responsible for development and implementation of customer centric Journeys across digital channels
  • Implement new and monitor agreed KPIs on channels performance and propose actions to drive business results
  • Propose and lead initiatives for internal/external processes improvements ensuring business efficiency
  • Applies best standards and methodologies to constantly enhance and improve the CX across digital channels
  • Carry out all other tasks, assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employee’s qualification and responsibilities

  • Project Management Skills: Strong ability to plan, organize, and lead projects with a proven track record of executing strategic initiatives.
  • Analytical Abilities and Strategic Thinking: Expertise in analyzing business processes and translating them into effective, scalable solutions.
  • Results Orientation: Demonstrated capability to build and execute strategic plans that drive business efficiency and profitability.
  • Digital Business Expertise: Deep understanding of digital channels—including web, mobile apps, and online sales—and the underlying processes.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Proven experience in leading teams, coordinating tasks, and mentoring junior members.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and quickly adopt new technologies.
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience using analytical and design tools such as Google Analytics, Photoshop, Balsamiq, and Figma.
