Employer Branding Trainee
Curious how companies attract top talent and build a brand that people want to work for? As an Employer Branding & University Relations Trainee, you’ll be part of the team behind the voice, image, and experience of our employer brand. From student events and social media campaigns to awards, creative content, and university partnerships — you’ll have a hand in it all.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support campaigns, events, and partnerships that show off who we are — and why we’re a great place to work.
Your Daily Brand Adventures:
- Help run employer branding campaigns (social media, job fairs, internal comms)
- Organize career events, uni visits, student workshops
- Create content that reflects our culture and vibe (e.g., posts, awards entries)
- Coordinate with universities, student clubs, and internal teams
- Keep track of campaign and event results
- Research what’s trending in employer branding
We’d Love to Meet You If You:
- Study HR, Marketing, Communication or a similar field
- Love writing, storytelling, and creating engaging content
- Are proactive, creative, and digitally fluent
- Can juggle tasks and work well with others
- Communicate confidently in English and Bulgarian
