Role Overview:

Leads the change and constant development of the Enterprise Architecture process. Responsible for the architecture roadmap and contributor to the overall strategy preparation. Leads the evolution of the overall architecture to the desired future state. Ensures proper implementation of Technology Strategy and Service architecture, according to the business needs of the Company and audit compliance.

 

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Lead the change and constant development of the Enterprise Architecture process.
  • Lead the activities for the development and proper implementation of Technology Strategy and Architecture in alignment with the Strategy of the Company.
  • Responsible for the architecture roadmap and contributor to the overall strategy preparation.
  • Responsible for transforming Group ambition strategy into local programs and initiatives.
  • Lead role as a solution architect in technology or business-driven projects with a big impact on the architecture.
  • Lead the activities for planning, prioritization, development, implementation, and maintenance of Products and Services according to the business needs of the Company.
  • Design, prepare plans, and control the process used to capture, modify, communicate, control,l and review the Technology and Enterprise Architecture and manage exceptions to it.

We expect from you:

  • Telecom Expertise: Deep knowledge in technology areas such as networks, IT, and strategy, specifically within telecom operators or international telco companies.

  • Project Management Proficiency: Extensive experience in project management within the Technology Area (Network/IT) in the telecom industry or global telco companies.

  • Strategic Thinker: The ability to maintain a big-picture mindset, envisioning comprehensive strategies for telecom technology development and execution.

  • Cross-Disciplinary Experience: Combined Network and IT expertise is considered a significant advantage.

  • Leadership and People Skills: Effective leadership abilities, empowering and inspiring teams while managing them efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.

  • Project Execution Excellence: Demonstrated skill in planning, organizing, and managing complex projects to successful delivery.

  • Negotiation Acumen: Ability to handle negotiations adeptly, achieving favorable outcomes in challenging and dynamic environments.

  • Professional Mastery: Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and verbal, enabling seamless communication across organizational levels.
