Expert Financial Reporting and Control

The impact you’ll make:

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information in line with IFRS, local GAAP, and Group requirements. Your work will support external reporting, audits, internal controls, and management decision-making, while contributing to finance transformation and cross-functional initiatives.

 

What you’ll do:

• Support external and Group financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and Group policies
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and cross-functional coordination
• Prepare and review financial information for Management and the Board
• Support non-financial reporting, including ESG/CSRD and ESRS requirements
• Assist in audit processes and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
• Monitor and support internal control effectiveness in cooperation with auditors
• Manage and monitor intra-group financial transactions in line with Group standards
• Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts in compliance with Group requirements
• Analyze financial data to support controlling and business decision-making
• Participate in finance, IT, and cross-functional projects, including system enhancements (ERP/POS)
• Support financial system improvements, implementations, and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Good understanding of tax regulations
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification is an advantage
• Experience in Big 4 audit or telecom sector is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, closing, and internal controls
• Experience working with auditors (internal and external)
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial topics to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, HFM); system implementation is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel and BI tools proficiency
• Good command of English
• High attention to detail, integrity, and continuous improvement mindset
