Role Overview:
The Financial services expert is responsible for supporting and/or leading internal or partnership driven, existing or new, financial products and services for B2C with focus on insurance. Financial Services Expert follows the FS industry developments to identify new opportunities. By discovering new needs and new solutions, the expert will negotiate and build new business models, designing customer journeys and full-service implementation. The role is entitled to ensure service performance monitoring and propose improvements and changes so to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. By managing financial services, he/she actively contributes to the continuous growth and profitability of the company in accordance with target KPIs.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Support introduction, development and growth of new insurance products in digital and offline environment
- Create new processes and CJs following the interdependence between the telco and insurance business with emphasis on achieving maximum performance potential and customer satisfaction.
- Support daily the existing products and services
- Lead and/or participate in projects related to the introduction of new or the optimization of existing FS products and services in alignment with the company's roadmap
- Lead and/or participate in commercial campaigns related to FS products and services. Monitors and reports campaign results.
- Actively participate in the creation of training materials and their update for sales personnel regarding financial services. Monitor training results.
- Manage the process for communication to CC and Yettel stores with all the information related to existing and new financial products and services information
- Maintain and update internal documentation related to the products to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate with external and internal partners in relation to daily queries, reporting, campaigns.
- Monitor the progress of assigned tasks, regularly update on key milestones and potential risks.
- Contribute to preparation of business requirements related to new and existing products and services
- Monitor the market and identify new business opportunities
We expect from you:
- Insurance Market Expertise: Excellent understanding of the insurance market, current trends, and competitive landscape, ensuring strategic alignment and informed decision-making.
- Insurance Sector Experience: Previous hands-on experience in the insurance sector, providing valuable industry insights and best practices. (Strong advantage)
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities combined with a solution-oriented approach to address business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Creative and innovative mindset, contributing actively to the enhancement of processes, services, and customer experience.
- Multitasking & Initiative Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
- Presentation & Documentation Proficiency: Skilled in preparing clear and impactful presentations and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborative team player with a focus on knowledge sharing, joint problem solving, and collective success.
- English Language & MS Office Skills: Good command of English and strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for daily operations and reporting.
