Role Overview:

In this position you''ll be at the forefront of understanding, developing and optimizing our Fixed products (Internet and TV) for both business and residential customers. You''ll play a key role in shaping innovative service propositions, improving customer experiences and driving business growth throug strategic transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Clear understanding of Fixed services (Internet and TV) product proposition and all relevant elements.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the FMC product strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Create and optimize product propositions for both residential and business segments, focused on growth.
• Improve customer journeys by collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to drive innovation and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support product development and alignment.
• Support marketing campaigns for FMC products, ensuring successful execution and outcomes.
• Prepare and present insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
