Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to drive people-centric strategies, ensuring they align with business and talent needs. This role involves end-to-end project management across key HR areas, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and engagement.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Work with leaders to design organizational structures and create people plans that drive business success
- Drive talent management processes including performance management, succession planning and career development
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding and supporting leaders in managing and developing their teams
- Lead and implement HR initiatives, ensuring successful execution through planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee FTE planning, OPEX management, and performance tracking to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making and employee engagement
- Stay informed about industry trends, legal requirements, and emerging HR technologies to ensure HR strategies remain competitive
- Support initiatives related to organizational development, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and learning & development
We Expect From You:
- Strategic HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR principles, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Communication Mastery: Ability to convey complex strategies clearly across all organizational levels, securing engagement and driving action
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into action
- Influencing and Coaching: Strong interpersonal skills to guide, mentor, and collaborate with business leaders
- Project Management: Ability to lead multiple HR projects while balancing strategic and operational priorities
- Customer-Centric Approach: Exemplify a customer-focused mindset, being approachable and responsive to stakeholder needs
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability to navigate change, resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Technical Competence: Show proficiency with MS Office suite. Knowledge of HR systems is considered an advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Possess fluent knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
