Role Overview:
We are looking for an IT Application Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our application portfolio. This role requires strong project management skills and end-to-end process ownership, ensuring seamless application operations, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will lead a team of application administrators, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and support of IT applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead and mentor a team of application support professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Coordinate issue resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Implement monitoring tools and analyze key metrics to optimize system efficiency.
- Partner with business units, IT Development t eams, and external vendors to align application functionality with business objectives.
- Manage system updates and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure applications adhere to industry regulations, security protocols, and organizational policies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of system operations, processes, and technical guidelines
We Expect From You:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Telecommunication, IT, and mobile technology systems
- Project Management: Ability to manage end-to-end processes, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled at troubleshooting system issues, optimizing performance, and making data-driven decisions
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in managing IT operational teams and fostering a results-driven culture
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English
- Adaptability & Innovation: Open to new ideas, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements
- Integrity & Business Focus: Strong ethical mindset, goal-oriented, and committed to driving business success
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills
