IT Operations Trainee

Are you into data, curious how systems keep a company running smoothly, and love solving puzzles? As a IT Operations Trainee, you’ll be at the heart of how we streamline operations, manage key platforms, and support our teams with data that actually makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll help us gather, manage, and make sense of data that powers our business systems and processes — while working on improvements that save time, reduce friction, and support smarter decisions.

Your Daily Data Adventures:

• Organize and optimize workflows and documentation
• Support system users and access management
• Team up with operations to understand how things work — and how to make them better
• Spot patterns, gaps, or inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve or automate
• Help analyze data and generate insights for daily or transformational projects
• Keep things clean and compliant by following internal processes

• You’re a university student or recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field
• You’re curious about how business systems and processes work
• You love digging into data, spotting trends, and asking “how can we do this better?”
• You’re organized, logical, and not afraid of structure (you secretly love spreadsheets)
• You enjoy teaming up with others and explaining complex stuff simply
• You’re into learning, growing, and improving things — not just doing them
• You’re confident working in Bulgarian and English
