Role Overview:
Provide technical assistance and know-how for evaluation, design, and planning of security controls and solutions within the scope of various business projects. Collaborate on the technical definitions and enforce implementation of technical security controls and requirements for systems, infrastructure, and solutions in the corporate and production environments to protect data against unauthorized, accidental, or deliberate modification or disclosure.
Support departments across the organization requiring advice related to Information Security. Serve as a subject matter expert on implementing and continuously improving various security systems and solutions, including SIEM, SOAR, IDS, micro-segmentation tools, EDR/XDR, CNAAP, and vulnerability scanners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Information Security team members and business divisions to ensure alignment between information security requirements and business objectives.
  • Support the design and implementation of security controls throughout the system lifecycle, including secure architecture design, technical security risk management, identity and access management, and more.
  • Monitor, assess, and audit the deployment and effective operation of all managerial, operational, and technical Information Security controls, ensuring compliance with group and local security policies and standards.
  • Ensure that standard risk assessment and exception processes are applied to solutions implemented in corporate production environments.
  • Monitor and manage information security and business continuity-related incidents in close collaboration with operational units, acting as a participant in the CIRT unit.
  • Actively contribute to digital resilience and business continuity testing through definition, implementation, review, and execution.
  • Provide practical knowledge and expertise in the implementation of information security policies, standards, and controls.
  • Evaluate new technologies and support project managers and other teams in introducing them, including capacity planning and performance management.
  • Work closely with technical staff and internal/external auditors to address Information Security-related issues.

 

We Expect From You:

  • Security Systems Expertise & Incident Management: Proficiency in implementing and fine-tuning security systems (SIEM, SOAR, IDS, EDR/XDR, CNAAP), along with hands-on experience in technical security risk assessments, secure architecture design, system lifecycle planning, and incident management. Expertise in ensuring compliance with group and local security policies and standards.
  • Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Ability to evaluate and integrate new security technologies to enhance operational efficiency, with experience in capacity planning and performance management within secure environments.
  • Collaboration, Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to foster effective cross-functional collaboration and communicate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Proactive, adaptable approach to rapidly changing environments, with strong multitasking abilities and the capability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
