Junior Regulatory Specialist

The impact you’ll make:
You will play a vital role in protecting Yettel's interests by ensuring our activities are fully compliant with Bulgarian legislation. Your work will provide the legal foundation that allows the company to innovate and thrive, supporting all departments by providing sharp, timely legal guidance.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare, file, and manage documentation with the Communications Regulation Commission and other state bodies.
  • Provide clear legal advice and assistance to all departments across the company.
  • Monitor the implementation of business activities to ensure they align with current laws and commercial practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with the legislative framework relevant to the company's operations.
  • Draft legal opinions regarding complaints or proposals from customers and partners.

We expect from you:

  • Legal Foundation: You have a solid University degree in Law, giving you a strong grasp of legal principles.
  • Curiosity for Tech: You have a genuine interest in the Telecommunications/ICT industry and are eager to learn. No prior legal experience is required!
  • Clear Communicator: You can translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical advice for colleagues in non-legal roles.
  • Team Player: You are reliable, flexible, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you work closely with others.
  • Adaptable Partner: You are comfortable working in a multi-cultural and cross-functional setting, building relationships across the business.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a good command of English and excellent PC skills, allowing you to manage your work with precision.
