Role Overview: 

As a  Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent by supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Your Responsibilities would be: 

• Draft and post job postings on company career page, job boards, and other relevant platforms and make sure all job postings are up-to-date
• Review and evaluate applicants and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate and schedule of interviews ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

What We Expect From You:

• Strong communication skills – Able to conduct screenings and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams clearly and professionally both in English and Bulgarian.

• Organizational skills – Managing multiple tasks like interview scheduling, job postings, and system updates with precision

• Attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in job ads, candidate data, and recruitment reports

• Team collaboration – Working well with recruiters and hiring managers to support the full recruitment process.

• Candidate-first mindset – Creating a smooth, respectful experience for all applicants.

• Digital fluency – Being comfortable using ATS tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
