The impact you’ll make:

We’re searching for a PHP Senior Developer to build, optimize, and maintain the core functionalities of our in-house systems. This role is all about ensuring our platforms run smoothly, process data efficiently, and integrate seamlessly with other technologies.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Development: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of our internal systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Business Process Analysis (BPA): Analyze business processes to create and implement effective, scalable solutions.
• Web Application Development: Develop and maintain web-based applications, including server-side logic, user interfaces, and business logic.
• Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Integration & Mobile Development: Collaborate on the development of integration layers, as well as mobile apps for Android and iOS when required.
• System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing systems to ensure stability and reliability.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects, driving their successful completion by coordinating tasks and managing resources.
• Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed applications.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in PHP development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects
• PC & CDB Knowledge: Strong understanding of Process Control (PC) systems and Central Database (CDB) management to build efficient, scalable systems.
• BPA Skills: Proven ability to analyze and translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Web Technologies & Integration: Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with API integration.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on optimizing system performance.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with other team members.
• Mobile Development: Experience developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
