Role Overview:
Play a key strategic role in ensuring the highest levels of software quality across business-critical systems. As a subject matter expert in testing, the Expert Test Analyst defines test strategy and architecture, influences quality culture, and collaborates with leadership to align testing with the company’s technology roadmap.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Define and own testing strategies for complex systems and enterprise-level initiatives
  • Set QA standards and governance across projects and delivery teams
  • Lead test architecture design across multiple platforms and teams
  • Drive innovation in quality assurance through adoption of modern testing tools and practices
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks early in the SDLC
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality assurance in cross-departmental initiatives
  • Represent the QA function in technical leadership meetings and roadmap discussions
  • Evaluate and implement emerging testing technologies and methodologies
  • Coach and develop testing talent across the organization
  • Champion continuous improvement and DevOps integration in testing
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with best practices in security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO)
  • Safeguard confidentiality, data protection, and compliance in all quality assurance practices
  • Create and deliver QA workshops, training materials, and onboarding for testers and developers

 

We expect from you:

  • Test Strategy Leadership: Proven ability to define, implement, and own end-to-end testing strategies for complex systems and enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Automation Framework Expertise is an advantage: Skilled in designing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and backend platforms.
  • Agile & DevOps Alignment: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and the role of continuous testing in modern delivery pipelines.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Postman for API testing, JIRA and Confluence for test documentation and collaboration, Zephyr Scale for test case management.
  • Performance & Security Testing: Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security validation practices in alignment with industry standards.
  • Test Governance & QA Standards: Strong capability to set quality standards, testing guidelines, and governance processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Risk Management in SDLC: Proactive in identifying quality risks early in the development lifecycle and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Adept at influencing and aligning with technical and business stakeholders, including participation in leadership and roadmap discussions.
  • Emerging Technologies & Innovation: Keen interest in evaluating and integrating modern testing methodologies and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Enablement & Coaching: Committed to mentoring QA professionals and fostering a culture of quality through workshops, training, and hands-on coaching.
  • Compliance & Data Protection: Familiar with implementing testing practices that align with privacy and security standards such as GDPR, ISO, or SOC 2.
