The impact you’ll make:

Ensure the quality and reliability of business systems and digital solutions by leading complex test activities, and mentoring junior testers within Agile teams. The Senior Test Analyst acts as a bridge between testing and business/technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Lead test planning and design for medium to large-scale projects across multiple systems and teams
• Perform requirement analysis and ensure test coverage is aligned with business needs
• Design, implement, and execute manual (API/UI/Performance)
• Take ownership of end-to-end quality for assigned releases or features
• Ensure testing meets compliance, security, and performance standards
• Drive root cause analysis of defects and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and maintain reusable test assets 
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies
• Participate in and sometimes lead defect triage and release planning sessions
• Coordinate testing activities with external vendors and internal teams
• Contribute to the definition and enforcement of QA best practices
• Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior test analysts
• Promote a proactive quality culture across Agile teams
• Maintain compliance with internal policies related to information security, data protection, and health & safety

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Testing Expertise: Solid experience in software testing within Agile delivery environments, with a strong understanding of test life cycles and QA methodologies.
• Automation Skills is an advantage: Proficient in using test automation frameworks such as Selenium, REST Assured, or similar to ensure scalable and maintainable test coverage.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Postman for API testing, JIRA and Confluence for test documentation and collaboration, Zephyr Scale for test case management.
• Test Design & Strategy: Advanced knowledge of test design techniques, test planning, and implementation of automation strategies that align with business goals.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying issues and opportunities for improvement throughout the testing process.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PL/SQL for database validation, Git for version control, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient test integration is considered a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling smooth collaboration in international teams.
