The impact you’ll make:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. You will take ownership of end-to-end projects, from design to execution, ensuring the smooth integration of systems while optimizing performance and functionality.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Projects: Design, develop, and implement complex software systems, acting as the project lead for end-to-end solutions.
• Business Process Analysis: Review and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Web & App Development: Build web-based applications, including user and server-side development, business logic, and user interfaces.
• Standalone Platforms & Services: Develop and maintain independent platforms and services, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• App Development: Create and maintain diverse applications, meeting the business and user needs..
• Process Design: Design processes for approved projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• System Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing software systems and web-based applications, implementing necessary updates.
• System Integration: Contribute to system integration and the development of integration modules for seamless communication between platforms.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for internally developed applications, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Еxperience in C++ development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects
• End-to-End Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications
• Strong Web & App Development Skills: Expertise in developing web-based applications and a variety of mobile or standalone applications.
• Integration & Process Design: Experience with system integration, development of integration layers, and process design.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
• Problem Solving & Optimization: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize software systems for performance and scalability.
• Technical Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
