Sustainability Analytics Trainee

You’ll collect and analyze sustainability data, support planning our actions to minimize climate change, and help visualize the impact we’re making.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work on real projects that support our environmental and social goals. From collecting sustainability data to supporting analytics for future climate scenarios — your work will have a meaning.

 

Your Daily Sustainability Adventures:

  • Collect ESG-related data across departments like Finance, Logistics, Procurement
  • Track and report internal ESG metrics
  • Help build and maintain sustainability dashboards
  • Assist in linking financial and sustainability datasets to assure accurate reporting
  • Support scenario-based analysis for emissions, energy, and climate goals
  • Help improve and automate various sustainability processes

 

We’d Love to Meet You If You:

  • Are studying or just graduated in something like Data, Business, Economics or anything analytical

  • Love digging into data and making sense of numbers

  • Are genuinely curious about sustainability and want to use data to drive change

  • Have some Excel skills and maybe even dabbled in tools like Power BI

  • Enjoy solving problems, connecting dots, and making things better

  • Like working with people from different teams and aren’t afraid to ask questions

  • Communicate well in Bulgarian and English
