The impact you’ll make:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the link between great talent and exciting career opportunities. You’ll shape the candidate experience from start to finish and play a key role in building the teams that move Yettel forward. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define the best approach
• Source and attract candidates using diverse channels and tools
• Screen applications and conduct structured interviews
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Collaborate with People team colleagues on employer branding, events, and reporting

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Talent Sourcing Expertise  – Ability to proactively find and engage top talent using tools like LinkedIn, Boolean search, and creative outreach
• Stakeholder Management – Confidence and clarity when partnering with hiring managers, balancing business needs with a great candidate journey
• Interviewing Skills – Competence in behavioral and structured interviews that uncover potential and fit beyond the CV
• Candidate-Centric Mindset – Focus on delivering a respectful, transparent, and engaging experience to every applicant
• Data Awareness – Comfort with tracking recruitment metrics and translating insights into actions for better hiring outcomes
