Whether it’s designing e-learning content, exploring our brand-new LMS, or supporting training events, you’ll gain real experience at the heart of learning and development.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help create, coordinate, and improve how we deliver learning across the company — from onboarding to AI skills.

Your Daily Development Adventures:

• Create cool digital learning content — from onboarding to AI and everything in between
• Stay on top of what’s trending in the world of learning, upskilling, and self-growth
• Play around with features in our brand-new Learning Management System (LMS) and suggest improvements
• Help run trainings smoothly — send invites, book rooms, track who’s attending
• Support with reports, payments to learning partners, and fresh ideas to make learning even better

We’d Love to Meet You If You:

• Like solving problems and finding better ways to do things
• Can keep things clear, organized, and communicate well
• Are curious about people, growth, and how learning happens at work
• Know your way around PowerPoint and Excel (or can learn fast)
• Feel comfortable writing and speaking in English (B2 or above)
