This is not a coding role, and not a pure strategy one either. You’ll stand right between business and data - helping teams turn their challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions. You’ll guide idea owners through the whole journey: from identifying opportunities to shaping pilots, matching the right technology with the right need.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI-driven products, ensuring that your work directly supports teams in solving real problems and making processes more efficient.
• Co-own the delivery of AI solutions with business stakeholders, using your process knowledge to eliminate inefficiencies and drive impactful results across the company.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and prototyping to production deployment and scaling—so your contributions help shape Yettel’s AI strategy and deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with leaders and end-users across functions to understand strategic goals and turn them into a roadmap of AI-driven solutions.
• Design, refine, prioritize, and implement AI initiatives, supporting experimentation through pilots, prototypes, and clear success metrics.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and ethical implementation of AI solutions, working closely with data, business, and customer teams to bridge understanding and deliver practical results.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI products, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve.
• Build awareness and confidence around AI within the company through demos, trainings, and storytelling.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools, methodologies, and trends, turning them into relevant use cases for Yettel and acting as a thought leader.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a data scientist or data analyst, data analyst or project manager delivering AI solutions.
• Technical understanding of AI and machine learning (including LLMs, agentic workflows, predictive analytics).
• A strong business sense, curiosity for data and emerging technologies, and the ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable steps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (business, IT, data science, analytics, engineering) to deliver complex products.
• A collaborative and pragmatic mindset, comfortable driving progress in ambiguous situations.
• Passion for proactively solving customer problems with high agency.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
