We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Product Manager to lead the development and management of Yettel B2B non-core (cloud and IoT) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of product development. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive product vision and strategy while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for non-core (cloud/SaaS and IoT) solutions.
• Validating Business Requirements: Validate business requirements based on market analysis and create business plans.
• Product Development: Develop solutions and products from idea through go-to-market (GTM) and maintenance phases.
• Business Requirements Definition: Define and submit business requirements to IT, process management, and other relevant fields.
• Supplier Management: Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and product delivery.
• Process Management: Oversee process management with an end-to-end understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Product Development Leadership: Lead product development by overseeing the work of relevant fields.
• Decision Materials Creation: Create decision materials to support strategic product decisions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market analysis and follow worldwide trends to keep products competitive.
• Proactive Product Management: Proactively manage products, define future needed capabilities, and oversee their delivery.
• P&L Management: Assist in the profit and loss (P&L) management of products.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English and Hungarian language knowledge.
