Biddable Media Manager,

In this 2-year fixed-term position you will have the following responsibilities:

• By planning and optimizing paid media campaigns end-to-end, you help strengthen the company’s digital presence and ensure campaigns deliver the best possible results.
• Using data-driven analysis, audience targeting, and creative testing, you support the team in reaching the right audience and increasing business effectiveness.
• You continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (such as reach, click-through rate, costs, conversions), and make recommendations for further improvements to achieve company goals.
• You conduct comprehensive keyword research and continuously improve campaign performance.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media planning, budget allocation, and campaign strategies.
• You manage remarketing audiences and use different data sources for targeting and personalization.
• You establish and maintain relationships with agencies for private marketplace programmatic campaigns, and regularly report on campaign performance, providing post-buy analysis and present actionable recommendations for improvement.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• At least 3 years of experience in PPC, social media, and programmatic campaign management.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, DV360, and other advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with Adservers, DSPs, DMPs, and Brand Safety tools.
• The ability to optimize campaigns based on data and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide strategic recommendations.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• An independent work style and strong project management skills.
• Agency background is an advantage.
