Digital Campaign Manager,

In this 1-year fixed-term role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and evaluate individual online offers and performance campaigns, ensuring that digital sales and customer care goals are met through effective campaign execution.
• Lead the implementation of online performance campaigns, focusing on achieving key sales and care KPIs for the Digital Tribe, and monitor campaign performance in close cooperation with the digital media team, especially in PPC and programmatic advertising.
• Oversee optimization processes, contribute to monthly budget planning, and manage performance channels to maximize results.
• Research new performance channels, including marketplaces and price or product comparison websites, to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Participate in bi-weekly brainstorming sessions with the digital media team to discuss campaign strategies, and maintain contact with the CRO team for continuous improvement.
• Provide recommendations for A/B testing, creative formats, segmentation, and landing page optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze the sales capabilities of digital touchpoints, offering development ideas for the webshop and portal to improve sales performance.
• Represent the digital performance area in strategic company projects at a senior level, presenting ideas, solutions, and reports convincingly to internal stakeholders.
• Create and write copy for landing pages, manage banners in the content management system, and coordinate digital design developments for campaigns, including adapting creative materials from ATL campaigns and liaising with graphic design agencies.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• A BA/BSc degree and relevant experience in digital marketing, media, and performance campaigns.
• Understanding of PPC and programmatic campaigns, as well as key performance indicators for both owned and paid media.
• A strong interest in advertising and marketing technologies, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics or other online analytical tools.
• Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus.
• An analytical and data-driven mindset, with a result-oriented attitude and the ability to set priorities and maintain focus.
• Proactive and precise work habits, with fluency in Hungarian and professional proficiency in English.
